Need help in using our WordPress plugin?
This issue might be due to a Cache plugin that is used in the site. To resolve this issue, please exclude the ‘ct-ultimate-gdpr-cookie’ cookie from cache in the Caching plugin. Most of the Caching plugins have this option available, if you have problems finding it in the plugin, please contact the support of the Cache plugin.
Accept cookies
- For issues where user have set to accept cookies but user still gets notice on every/selected pages, please check your Ultimate GDPR & CCPA version. This issue should be resolve from Ultimate GDPR & CCPA version 1.6.1 onwards.
Note
For full compatibility with the WP Rocket (which require saving the WP Rocket’s configurations files) make sure to either save WP Rocket options or save Ultimate GDPR & CCPA options (any) while Ultimate GDPR & CCPA plugin is active.
W3 Total Cache
Using W3 Total Cache plugin to enable cashing.
Go to Cookie Groups of W3 Total Cache and look for ct_ultimate_gdpr_cookie. Click on Enabled, uncheck Cache, and add ct-ultimate-gdpr-cookie in Cookies.
