Need help in using our WordPress plugin?
The Ultimate GDPR plugin uses browser cookies to remember users’ consent in the cookie popup. If the consent is not being saved, it could be due to a caching plugin. To fix this, exclude or whitelist the following cookies from caching:
ct-ultimate-gdpr-cookie-level
ct-ultimate-gdpr-cookie
Additionally, exclude the REST API endpoint `/wp-json/ct-ultimate-gdpr/v1/cookie-popup` from caching. Most caching plugins offer these options; if you have trouble, contact the plugin’s support.
For full compatibility with the WP Rocket (which require saving the WP Rocket’s configurations files) make sure to either save WP Rocket options or save Ultimate GDPR & CCPA options (any) while Ultimate GDPR & CCPA plugin is active.
Using W3 Total Cache plugin to enable caching.
Go to Cookie Groups of W3 Total Cache and look for ct_ultimate_gdpr_cookie. Click on Enabled, uncheck Cache, and add ct-ultimate-gdpr-cookie, ct-ultimate-gdpr-cookie-level in Cookies.
