To translate the cookie popup of the Ultimate GDPR & CCPA plugin, you can use the PO and MO files in the plugin to translate it. Click here for instructions how.
You can also use plugins to translate it, like WordPress Multilingual Plugin (WPML Plugin) or Loco Translate.
Note
Fill in with default content for selected language (remember to save changes), translates the default contents in the Cookie Popup Content of the plugin. These will generate the translations of the default contents, if you have changed any of the text content it will not be translated.

To translate the Advance cookie settings of the Ultimate GDPR & CCPA plugin, if you’re using the default content go to Ultimate GDPR & CCPA > Cookie Consent > Cookie popup tab.
In Cookie popup content, choose the language you want to use in Fill in with default content for selected language (remember to save changes).
Load the language and you will see that the text areas for the contents have the default content translated. Click Save Changes to save.
You can also use plugins to translate it, like WordPress Multilingual Plugin (WPML Plugin) or Loco Translate.
Note
When using this option all the changes have added/changed in the text content will revert to the default content of the language you have chosen. To prevent the reversion, use this method then make the changes.

There are 2 ways to translate the form: Translate Default Text or Translate Manually
Translate Default Text
To translate the forms of the Ultimate GDPR & CCPA plugin, you can use the PO and MO files in the plugin to translate it. Click here for instructions how.
To use the translation of the default text in the forms, go to Ultimate GDPR & CCPA > Services.
Delete the text inside the textbox for description on the service that you wan’t to be translated.

Translate Manually
To translate the forms manually, go to Ultimate GDPR & CCPA > Services. Go to the service that you wan’t to be translated.
For example, WooCommerce:
Add the translation in the textbox for description.
